The CrossFit fundamentals program is your point of entry to the regular group workouts. It's a 4 session introduction to the philosophy and fundamental skills of CrossFit. You will attend 4, 1 hour sessions with our coaches. During this time you will learn the techniques and mechanics of the fundamental movements involved in our daily workouts.
Every class you will learn new movements and skills that will build from relatively non-technical to progressively more technical. There will be a workout at the end of every session that will get progressively more challenging.
The difficulty of the workouts is up to you...we want to ramp you up to the level of intensity that is inherent in our group classes. Not only will we cover all the movements, but also warm-ups, cool downs and proper workout recovery.
Also Included in our CrossFit fundamentals program is the Whole9 nutrition program. You'll learn what to eat for optimum performance and health. You'll also learn what foods will assist in burning excess body fat quickly while building strong muscle. We'll break it down and make it simple, ensuring your success.
