2013 Workouts

WOD 1: One minute of each movement for Max Reps:

WOD 2: Deadlift Ladder

  • Men: start at 180lbs and add 10lbs every minute until max deadlift is reached.
  • Women: start at 140lbs and add 10lbs every minute until max deadlift is reached.  

    WOD 3: 

    3 Rounds for time:

    • 10 Ground to overhead 75/55lbs,
    • 5 bar face burpees,
    • 400 M run
