My total for the competition was a sorry 107/140. I need to get more sleep, starting at a 4 every day but the weekends killed me. I did lose some of the weight that I gained on my 6 month hiatus. It’s good to be back.
Is anyone planning on doing the fight for air climb on Feb. 26?
You guys still want us signing up for classes with at the mind-body site? Or is that in a re-work as well?
Class sign-in is on the front page under class schedule or sign-in. We are changing the tab above it so it’s easier to find. Keep the suggestions on the site coming. We are hoping to have it all squared away by the end of the week.
