Group classes, also known as the WOD class, or “workout of the day”, is our most popular, award winning program. Anyone can put together a workout that makes you sweat but it takes a true understanding of the principals of strength and conditioning to be able to deliver results, month after month and year after year. This is where we excel and why we are so popular. Our top notch trainers will guide you through a 60 minute workout consisting of warm-up, skill, strength and conditioning exercises, in a motivating, controlled, and safe environment. Come make new friends! All skill and athletic abilities are welcome. To enter this class you must have either graduated our personal training program, SLC Foundations, or have prior CrossFit experience.
