Squat Clean and Jerk (5-7 sets X1.1.1 rest :10 between )
Increase weight with sets! Rest 2-3 mins between
50 alternating pistols
25 thrusters 135/95 (or heavier than you normally do)
25 cal machine at an easy pace
Group cool down and stretch!
