Warm-up

3 rounds:

20 lateral hops over object

10 no burpee push-up (sprawl)

5 inch worms

SWEAT IN SOLITUDE

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Death by burpee + tuck jump

With a continuously running clock perform 1 burpee + 1 tuck jump the first minute, 2 burpees + 2 tuck jumps the second minute, 3 burpees + 3 tuck jumps the third minute, and so on, continuing to add 1 each minute until you cannot complete the required number of reps in the given minute.
