400 meter run

3 rounds

10 inchworm pushups

10 squat jumps

5 strict toes to bar

20 second hand stand hold

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

On Airdyne or with a rower:

10 calorie sprint

60 second rest

20 calorie sprint

90 second rest

30 calorie sprint

Rest 2-3 minutes

Then 10 minute AMRAP:

1 wall walk

3 dips

5 burpees

7 situps

9 squats
