SLC East UPDATE:  Hey all!  Remember that our Saturday hours have changed to 8am & 9am, so you all can beat the heat and get on with your day.

500 meter row or 100 double unders
3 rounds:
5 broad jumps
10 strict toes to bar
5 inchworm pushups
10 meters plank walk (each direction)
30 seconds squat

Metcon (Time)

Partner Workout

800 meter run
20 wall balls
20 situps
20 burpees
400 meter run
30 wall balls
30 situps
30 burpees
200 meter run
40 wall balls
40 situps
40 burpees

Both partners will perform each movement as listed. The running will be performed simultaneously. One partner works at a time, switching after every 10 reps.
