Warm-up (No Measure)

100 double unders

Group warm-up starts 10 minutes after the hour!


Metcon (Time)

200 meter run

60 box jumps

200 meter run

80 burpees

200 meter run

100 wall balls

200 meter run
Complete with a partner. While one person holds a handstand, their partner will complete box jumps. Burpees will be performed while the partner holds a plank. The wall balls are done while the partner maintains a hollow hold.
