500 meter row

3 rounds:

5 inchworm pushups

10 burpees

10 knees to elbows

20 seconds side plank each side

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

20 minute partner AMRAP:

While one partner completes

5 pushups

10 squats

15 situps

the other partner will hold a plank. Once both partners have completed the above triplet they will each bear crawl 20 meters.
