400 meter run or 500 meter row

3 rounds

5 inchworm pushups

10 hollow rocks

15 toe touches

20 meters of cartwheels

30 second handstand

Partner workout

Each person will complete four 400 meter runs. One person will perform burpees while their partner is running.

First run – burpees

Second run – reverse burpees

Third run – alternating single leg burpees

Fourth run – inverted burpees
