PLEASE PREP EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO CLASS!

Warmup:

20 jumping jacks

20 mountain climbers

20s forearm stretch

20s downward dog

10 arm circles forward

10 arm circles backward

Equipment:

1. Wall for handstand skillwork

2. Jumprope for DU or singles!

3. Odd object for ground to overhead movement! Suitcase, backpack, jug, sandbag, db, kb, etc.
