Warmup:

2min Cardio then

10 air squats

2 squat stretch with reach

6 lunges

2 lunge stretch

6 push ups

Equipment:

1. Mat for corework

2. DB, KB, BB for lungesters, swings, floor press.

3. Abmat for situps.
