PLEASE PREP EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO CLASS!

Warmup:

2 min cardio then,

2x

8 air squats

2 squat stretch

8 lunge

2 lunge stretch

8 pushups

2 inchworm

Equipment:

1. DB, KB, medball, slam ball, backpack for russian twists and lateral hops.

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

“Movin’ and Groovin'”

5 Rounds

In a 4min window:

200m Run

20 Mountain Climbers (each)

20 Russian twists (each)

20 Lateral Hops (each)

Max Squat Thrusts in remaining time.

Score is # of squat thrusts total.
