1. Spend 10min on agility ladder

2. 10 min EMOM:

odd: 10s HS hold + 10 taps

even: 6-10 Around the worlds
Around the Worlds: hanging from a bar, raise your legs up and around to create a big circle pattern. Then repeat the opposite direction. For a scale, tuck the knees in.
